Armed with the Berana Pura bow, Mahawangsa bravely battles Garuda, rescuing the princess and founding the Kingdom of Langkasuka, which later becomes Langkawi.
Langkawi's giants, skilled Silat warriors, Mat Raya and Mat Cincang, engage in a fierce battle during a grand wedding feast. This epic showdown involves the throwing of pots of gravy and kettles of hot water, shaping Langkawi's landmarks. Their friend Mat Sawar intervenes to prevent further destruction, leading to Sang Gedembai's punishment, who transforms all three giants into the island's iconic mountains: Gunung Mat Raya, Gunung Machinchang, and Bukit Sawar.
